Areas of Practice
Rob practices in the areas of corporate, tax and real estate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob practiced corporate law, estate planning, taxation and bankruptcy with a Providence, Rhode Island-based firm.
During law school, Rob completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also interned at Cetrulo LLP, the Office of House Counsel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, and the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General. Rob also served as a Lawyering Fellow in Northeastern University School of Law’s Social Justice Program, and as a teaching assistant and research assistant.
Prior to law school, Rob worked in the loan department of People’s United Bank.
Rob is an active member of the South Shore Young Professionals affiliate of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
Rob is also active in his community. He is currently serving an appointed position on the Town of Milton’s Municipal Broadband Committee to advise the Town regarding the creation of a municipally owned, fiber optic broadband internet service. Rob was previously part of a successful campaign to persuade the Town of Milton to adopt the Community Preservation Act.

Rob lives in Milton with his wife, Kelsey and their daughter, Maggie. Rob enjoys hiking and camping with his family.
