Jake concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate law, business entity formation and transactions, and estate planning.

Professional Experience

Before joining the Phifer Pinkham team, Jake worked as a real estate paralegal throughout his time in law school at boutique law firms in the Greater Boston area. He then transitioned into an attorney role upon passing the Bar in 2021, expanding his concentration to include estate planning and corporate law in addition to commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Personal

Jake was born and raised in Dorchester, where he still lives. Jake enjoys golfing in the summer months, skiing in the winter months, and spending time with family and friends all year round. Jake has also run three Boston Marathons for organizations close to him.
